技术研发专员

职责描述：
主要是针对公司产品的前端电子产品技术研发，而不是网络或软件的技术开发（请认真阅读）；
1. 推动新技术、新概念的探索、技术的自主验证和开发；
2. 能够通过相关的设计软件或工具创造新的概念；
3. 能够对新概念进行相应的验证、原型制作、分析和改进；
4. 能够与德国团队就先进的技术理念/项目建立高效的技术交流与合作；
5. 能够主导前期项目技术开发;
6. 交接后为新项目开发团队提供相应的技术支持。
1.Drive new technologies & new concepts searching, independent proving and development of technology;
2.Be able to create new concepts by relevant design software or tools;
3.Be able to conduct corresponding verification, prototyping, analysis and improvement for new concepts;
4.Be able to build efficient technical exchanges and cooperation for advanced technical concepts / projects with German team;
5.Be able to lead the project development of pre-technical projects;
6.Provide corresponding technical support to the new project development team after handover.
任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，电子电气技术自动化及相关专业；
2. 三年及以上相关工作经验；
3. 良好的中/英文商务沟通能力；
4. 精通电子硬件、LED驱动、电池技术等相关知识；
5. 熟悉蓝牙5.0、CANBus、WIFI等通讯技术的应用；
6. 熟悉传感器应用，如：光传感器、加速度传感器、霍尔传感器、人体传感器等；
7. 熟悉以下技术者优先：AI、视觉识别、语音识别、IoT、手势识别、指纹识别等技术应用；
8. 创造性思维，创新记录；
9. 熟悉材料及工艺应用、电池应用、电路板散热设计、线材设计及阻抗分析等；
10. 熟悉Altium的使用，能独立使用该工具完成原理图设计和PCB制作材料；熟悉模拟电路和数字电路的应用；
11. 熟悉消费类电子产品的常用流程及相关认证要求；
12. 精通ARM等常用单片机开发，Linux或Android等嵌入式系统开发，精通C/C++、java等常用开发语言；
1.Colleague degree and above ，electrical and electronic technology automation or related major；
2.3 years or above；
3. Good Chinese/English business communication ability;
4. Good knowledge in electronics hardware, LEDs & drivers, Battery technology or similar;
5. Familiar with the application of Bluetooth 5.0,CANBus, WIFI and other communication technologies;
6. Familiar with sensor applications, such as: light sensor, acceleration sensor, hall sensor,human body sensor, etc.;
7. Familiar with the following technologies is a plus: AI,visual recognition, voice recognition, IoT, gesture recognition, fingerprint recognition and other technical applications;
8. Creative thinking, track record in innovation;
9. Familiar with material and process application, battery application, circuit board heat dissipation design, wire material design and impedance analysis,etc;
10. Familiar with the use of Altium, able to use this tool independently to complete schematic design and PCB production materials; familiar with the application of analog circuits and digital circuits;
11. Familiar with the common process and related certification requirements of consumer electronics products;
12. Proficient in the development of ARM and other commonly used microcontrollers,embedded system development such as Linux or Android, proficient in
C/C++, java and other common development languages;
